KING, Kan.
(AP) The kingfish captured on camera by a fisherman near King, Kansas, on Friday is alive and well.
The fishing company that caught the fish says it was released into the Kansas River in August.
The fisherman said the kingfish was released from a net with a rope and was wearing a hat and a fishing reel.
The catch is part of a program by the King Riverkeeper.
The catch is the second time a kingfisher caught on film on Saturday.
In May, a fisherman caught a king in a net.
