You’ve probably seen these floating around the internet: small blue fish with the heads and bodies of dolphins.
Now you can order them at a dorada fish store, which offers them at $20 a pound.
The store in Santa Barbara, California, specializes in making the fish and has more than 1,000 varieties.
But the one that caught our eye is called “Bassett.”
The fish is a little larger than a walleye, and it’s a good option if you want something more traditional like a trout.
The Bassett is a medium-sized, bright blue, slightly oily fish that has been bred for its ability to get through the fish market.
They are also known for being hard to get hold of in the wild.
But they are a good choice if you need to buy them locally.
We’ve got some of our favorite doradas, and here’s how to get them.
