Prepare the baja tuna.
Cook the tuna in the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the onion, bell pepper, garlic, and red bell pepper.
Cook, stirring, for about 5 minutes, or until the onion is soft and the peppers are soft.
Add in the chopped tomatoes, cilantro, and cumin, and cook, stirring occasionally, for another 5 minutes.

Pour over the remaining ingredients and mix to combine.
Add some cilantro.
Add a little more of the tomato sauce, if desired.
Mix it all up.
Add more of your favorite ingredients to the bataar.
Serve with salsa.
